Beyond building flexibility, yoga is a wonderful way to cultivate a deeper connection with your body. In class, we'll build strength, improve your balance, and create more ease in your movement, both on and off the mat. You'll also discover the powerful mental benefits of yoga, like feeling less stressed, sleeping better, and gaining a quiet confidence. Remember, you don't need to be fit or flexible to start—just show up as you are and we'll begin from there. I'll always offer plenty of options so you can tailor your practice to what your body needs on any given day.
Classes start at £12 on a pay-as-you-go basis. But do explore the membership options for savings.
I have a small stock of mats available to loan to new students.

This is a slow class of passive, supported stretches designed to reach the deeper tissues of the body. With mindfulness weaved in, this one will leave your nervous system soothed and you deeply relaxed.
Yin Yoga is the 3rd Monday of each month at 6:30pm. Classes coming up:
