Postures, movements and breathwork are selected for their proven health and wellbeing benefits.

Options are offered so you are in control of how challenging or restorative your experience is. This makes the class equally well suited to beginners, improvers or those simply wanting to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Please bring you own mat with you. I also recommend some water and a warm layer or small blanket for the final relaxation.

Evening Yin Yoga (80 minutes)

In person at St Sebastian's Memorial Hall

A quiet practice with long passive postures to target the deep tissues. It incorporates elements of traditional Chinese medicine to stimulate the subtle body and flow of 'chi' energy. Yin Yoga is very complementary with mindfulness and meditative practices.

A class of deep relaxation and tools to navigate the stresses of modern life.

These candlelit classes will be all about restorative rest and release. Your midweek sanctuary in a busy world. Includes breathwork, meditation, gentle (mostly restorative) yoga, and Yoga Nidra (the yogic 'sleep').

Midwinter Day Retreat

A warm, midwinter hug of a retreat

  • The Pavilion at Wasing Estate. A luxurious, self contained and fully equipped studio with panoramic views of the grounds. Complete with underfloor heating, three bathrooms, kitchen and quality mats and props it has everything we need for a magical day
  • Special Guest Heather Parker of Isis Sounds will lead an introduction to Kirtan, the powerful vibration of live music with chanting and joyful song. The simple call and repeat style is easy to follow or you can choose to just listen and let the vibrations carry you. It's a magical and uplifting experience
  • A warm and nourishing lunch provided by Chef Maya from Mysk. Bringing her talent for lebanese cuisine and middle eastern flavours
  • Yin & Restorative Yoga. Poses supported by bolsters and blankets allowing the muscles gently open and relax
  • Guided meditation - space to pause, breathe and reset
