Join us in The Pavilion at Wasing Estate. A luxurious, self contained and fully equipped studio with panoramic views of the grounds. Complete with underfloor heating, three bathrooms, kitchen and quality mats and props it has everything we need for a magical day

Special Guest Heather Parker of Isis Sounds will lead an introduction to Kirtan, the powerful vibration of live music with chanting and joyful song. The simple call and repeat style is easy to follow or you can choose to just listen and let the vibrations carry you. It's a magical and uplifting experience

A quiet practice with long passive postures to target the deep tissues. It incorporates elements of traditional Chinese medicine to stimulate the subtle body and flow of 'chi' energy. Yin Yoga is very complementary with mindfulness and meditative practices.
Please bring your own mat with you and some water. For this class you will also benefit from bringing a pillow or cushion and a small blanket or towel. If you have a yoga bolster, bring that too :-)
