Views across the marshes from Lower Marsh Farm

Step Away. Breathe Deep. Come Home to Yourself.

You work hard. You carry a lot. And somewhere between the meetings, the screens, and the endless to-do lists, maybe you've lost touch with the quieter part of yourself.

This weekend retreat is your invitation to set it all down.

Nestled on a beautiful working farm in rural Cornwall, you'll move, breathe, rest, and reconnect — with your body, with nature, and with a small community of like-minded souls who understand exactly how you feel.

No prior yoga experience is needed. No perfect poses required. Just you, as you are, ready to feel a little lighter.

Just 12 spaces available.

Yoga for Every Body — No Experience Needed

One of the most common things we hear is: "I'd love to come, but I'm not sure I'm good enough."

Here's the truth: this retreat was designed with you in mind. Whether you've never rolled out a mat, or you practise regularly but rarely feel truly rested — you belong here.

Every session is thoughtfully guided to meet you where you are. We move slowly, breathe deeply, and leave plenty of room for modification. The goal isn't a perfect pose. It's a lighter heart and a calmer mind.

This is a zero-pressure weekend. Take part as little or as much as you feel called to do.

Come as you are. Leave feeling more like yourself.

Going Solo?

7 years ago, I arrived at Lower Marsh Farm to take part in a weekend yoga retreat as a student. I had booked a sharing room in Kingfisher Barn as a solo traveller, and although a little nervous, trusted the retreat leader to pair me sensitively. Was I a little nervous - yes. Was it a great decision? Absolutely YES! I was paired with 'M', and in no time at all it all just clicked into place. We are still in touch 🥰

I totally understand that it can feel like a leap in the dark to book a shared room as a solo traveller. But it can also be a fantastic way to meet new people and forge lasting connections. Sometimes the best things come from stepping out of your comfort zone and taking a little risk. I will always allocate rooms sensitively and try to take any special requests into account.

That said - if your private space is important to you, most rooms are also available for single occupation with a small supplement, just ask 😉

Your Host:

Jane Wu

Hello! I'm, Jane.

I teach in Wokingham, Berkshire and never tire of seeing the powerful effects of the practice blossoming within my students. It's like a veil lifts as the joy of movement is rediscovered, the mind clears as pressure drops away, sleep and deep rest arrive easier, confidence builds and often leads to actively seeking new experiences or broadened horizons.

Yoga is so much more than a physical practice. I believe yoga is at it's most powerful when integrating movement, mindfulness and breathwork. So I alway include a broad range of asana (shapes) to mobilise, tone and strengthen, pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation / relaxation.

I am trained in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Mindfulness & Meditation. I also like to weave sound, flow and mantra into your experience.

My in-person classes are accessible, with options for everyone. As they say, 'it's not about touching your toes, it's about what you learn on the way down'.
