Yin Yoga

A quiet practice with long passive postures to target the deep tissues. It incorporates elements of traditional Chinese medicine to stimulate the subtle body and flow of 'chi' energy. Yin Yoga is very complementary with mindfulness and meditative practices.

Please bring your own mat with you and some water. For this class you will also benefit from bringing a pillow or cushion and a small blanket or towel.

Please arrive promptly as the classes will always start on time.

At St Sebastian's Memorial Hall. £14.50 PAYG or one credit from your membership.
