Your core - the group of muscles that stabilise your spine and pelvis. Good core health is essential to keep us able to manage everyday tasks. Weakness in your core can show up as aches and pains anywhere in the body and make you more prone to injury.

In this class we tune into some of these key muscle groups and gently move, and strengthen. This class is low impact and should be suitable for most, you don't need to have good core strength to start with.
