Perfect if you're recovering from an injury or have any weakness in the hands and wrists or if you have issues with blood pressure, vertigo or anything else which may prevent you from enjoying inversions (bringing the heart below the hips).
So - no standing folds, no downward dog, no ragdoll - but still a well-rounded class of strengthening and stretching with movement, mindfulness and breath.
