An exploration of the Warrior series of asana (poses). A deep dive of the positioning and alignment, noticing the effect of adjustments and variations, feeling the effects in the body and mind. These open, expansive shapes instil confidence, assertiveness and lower stress. As such they are a highly valuable part of any practice.
