Saturday 28th November 2026

The Pavilion, Wasing Estate

The Pavilion at Wasing Estate. A luxurious, self contained and fully equipped studio with panoramic views of the grounds. Complete with underfloor heating, three bathrooms, kitchen and quality mats and props it has everything we need for a magical day

As Autumn shifts to Winter and the trees around us shed their leaves, we prepare our bodies for wintering. Letting go of stagnant energy and nourishing our roots.

  • Yoga - two sessions. In the morning we will build our internal fire, energising our bodies and in the afternoon consolidating with soothing flows and stillness.

  • Prana workshop - connecting to the life force of our breath. Exploring the ancient practices & philosophies against the backdrop of modern science. Whether you are concerned about dysfunctional breathing, seeking improved athletic performance or wanting to understand the mind / body connection

  • Cacao Ceremony - an ancient ritual. Ceremonial Cacao is rich in antioxidants, flavanols and magnesium and is a natural 'mood lifter'. The sharing of simple ritual is a wonderful bonding experience.

  • Guided Meditation - to connect with the season

Hello, I'm Jane and I'd love for you to be part of this very special day

I've been teaching community yoga in Wokingham for 6 years and never tire of seeing the powerful effects of the practice blossoming within my students. It's like a veil lifts as the joy of movement is rediscovered, the mind clears as pressure drops away, sleep and deep rest arrive easier, confidence builds and often leads to actively seeking new experiences or broadened horizons. Yoga is so much more than a physical practice. I believe yoga is at it's most powerful when integrating movement, mindfulness and breathwork. So I alway include a broad range of asana (shapes) to mobilise, tone and strengthen, pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation / relaxation.

My in-person classes are accessible, you don't need any experience or to be fit or flexible to take part - there are options for everyone. As they say, 'it's not about touching your toes, it's about what you learn on the way down'.
