Morning Yoga (60 minutes)

In person at St Sebastian's Memorial Hall

£12 PAYG or one credit from your membership.

Essential, achievable postures to move, stretch and tone, ending with a relaxation.

An all round class covering all the foundations.

Postures, movements and breathwork are selected for their proven health and wellbeing benefits.

Options are offered so you are in control of how challenging or restorative your experience is. This makes the class equally well suited to beginners, improvers or those simply wanting to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Please bring you own mat with you. I also recommend some water and a warm layer or small blanket for the final relaxation.

Please arrive promptly as the classes will always start on time.
